We are thrilled to be the recipients of funding from The Pavers Foundation again this year. Our Student Council members were delighted to welcome Chloe Whelan, Pavers, for a cheque presentation in our school hall on 18th December. Chloe presented a cheque for £1,000 to Kilcummin NS. The proceeds will be used as we build funds for a sensory room/pod. To date, we have received a whopping £2,500 in funds from this wonderful organisation. We are so grateful.
The Pavers Foundation was launched in 2018, with an incredible initial donation of £2.5 million from Pavers Shoes and the private estate of the late Catherine Paver, to enable charitable giving by the business and its 1700 employees. The Pavers Foundation is dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the communities around us, so we are truly grateful for this generosity. A special word of thanks to Chloe Whelan for assisting us with the application. We are grateful for your support and are delighted with the outcome. The Pavers Foundation’s donation will have an effective and positive change for all at Kilcummin N.S. Thanks to Chloe and all at the Pavers Foundation for helping us realise our dream of having our own sensory room/pod.
