The Green Schools/An Taisce Spring Clean Up started at Kilcummin NS on Friday, 1st April. Like the Scoot on a Weekday that we participated in last month, this was yet another excellent Green Schools initiative led by the schools Green Schools Committee. We are delighted that the whole school is afforded the opportunity to participate again this year, as we engage in efforts to keep Kilcummin looking good. Each class has been designated a location in and around the village of Kilcummin and our efforts will continue again next week. Here we see our hard working Junior Infants with their big bags of litter! A special word of thanks to Mr. John Moriarty and all at the Rural Development Office for their support. Well done to the Green Schools committee, the pupils and staff of Kilcummin NS on a wonderful clean up! Maith sibh go léir!
