Sports Day

Huge thanks to former pupil, Keith O’ Leary for organising 2 fun filled days for us on Wednesday & Thursday, 29th & 30th May, at Kilcummin NS. Everyone was thrilled to visit the Kilcummin GAA pitch on Thursday, as part of our whole school Sports Day. Junior classes participated in a Scavenger Hunt and fun games on Wednesday and our Sports Day at the pitch on Thursday included athletics events, such as sprints, long jump, ball throw, relays. These events were followed by our Silly Olympics, which included the egg and spoon race, sack race, 3 legged race and the wheelbarrow race! The senior classes also participated in football, basketball and rounders competitions. Well done to everyone!
